What are your noise policies?

We have STRICT noise policies. When booking, you agree to respect both house rules and neighbors/common areas. Non-compliance may result in unwanted fines and immediate property vacation.

Should I expect insects during summer?

During the summer, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected due to our climate, even with sanitization. We provide spray and traps when needed.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability on the day. We appreciate if check-in (3:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM) times are always respected.

How does self check-in work?

Self check-in is provided. Details and instructions will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your check-in date.

What are the waste disposal rules?

Waste schedules are provided in the check-in guide. It is imperative to dispose of waste at the right time to avoid local fines, as streets are constantly monitored.

What items are included in the apartment?

The apartment includes shower gel, plate liquid soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher tabs (enough for 3-5 nights), garbage bags, bed linens, and 2 towels per person.

Are additional guests allowed?

No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep on the premises. The apartment's insurance is based on the booked guest amount. Please obtain permission first if you plan to have extra guests; a nightly fee may be charged.

Are pets allowed?

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Is smoking permitted inside the property?

Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Any removed smoke detectors will be charged accordingly.

What happens if items are damaged or missing?

Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest(s).
